WHAT'S IN THE BUNDLE?

FAMILY BIBLE SERIES

The bundle includes our 4 new Family Bible Series on Matthew, Mark, Luke & John. These family devotions for all ages are designed for church leaders to give parents helping families go through the Gospels together.

Each of the 4 Family Bible Series Includes:

1. Book Summary helps you answer questions and build your confidence as you study Matthew, Mark, Luke & John. You'll learn the Setting, Overview, and Theme of each book.

2. Reading Plan (Undated) helps you avoid being overwhelmed. It breaks down the Bible into bite-sized pieces that you can enjoy together as a family. Since it is undated, families can go through it at their own pace.

3. Family Journals help guide the readers’ thoughts through the chapter. Every journal sheet corresponds with a chapter in Mathew, Mark, Luke & John. You are provided a space to write (or draw for the little ones), sharing favorite words, and more. This section creates opportunities for spiritual conversations over dinner, at bedtime, or in the car.

FAMILY BIBLE SERIES SAMPLES:

Also included with the Family Bible Series is an overview of the Bible for families:

Big Questions, Simple Answers: A guide to give parents in your youth or children's ministry offering them a complete overview of the Bible. Written with children and teenagers in mind, it explains God’s love story with a simple, clear, and brief explanation. Give it to parents as a tool to help them go through the Bible together as a family.

The Bible overview for families includes these four sections:

1. WHAT IS THE BIBLE?
A one-page, big picture description of the Bible itself, including its age, author, and volume. Think of this section as a blurb on the back of a book.

2. WHAT IS THE BIG STORY OF THE BIBLE?
Explains God’s Love Story into four parts: Creation, Rebellion, Redemption, and the Coming Kingdom. Think of this section like the summary on the jacket of a hardcover book.

3. WHO IS GOD'S FAMILY?
Covers the history of Israel to the early Church. Think of this section like an outline of the major characters in a movie.

4. WHY DO WE HAVE 4 GOSPELS?
Outlines the differences between the four books that focus on the life of Jesus. They are Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John.

Have you heard comments like these from parents?

"I am afraid because I don't know the answers to my kid's questions."

"I think my kids will find this boring, annoying, or stupid."

"If we start, I don’t think we will finish."

"Spiritual conversations can be awkward."

These quotes are a few examples of the fears parents express regarding the struggle to talk about spiritual matters with their kids and teenagers. We designed the 4 Family Bible Series to help you put parents at ease. Our goal is to equip you to inspire and encourage families to have spiritual conversations on-the-go or at home.

If you were to purchase each of the 4 Family Bible series individually, it would cost you a total of $396 ($99 each x 4). The January Bundle only costs $99 (the price of one Family Bible series). For the same price you all FOUR Family Bible Series, plus the Heart & Soul Parenting Seminar.

The bundle is only available now through January 31, 2021.

What Is It?

For years, Jeremy Lee, Founder and Co-Owner of Ministry to Parents, presented parent seminars around the country on the parents leading their kids spiritually. A trend began to form in his discussion with parents after the seminar. They didn’t want to talk about spiritual leadership, but instead, they had other questions.

These questions are just a few of the things he heard. Before he could ever help parents connect to their kids’ souls through spiritual leadership, he realized he had to help them connect to their kids’ hearts through a healthy relationship.

Jeremy worked to put the material together and then hit the road going to several churches to practice the material and get feedback. After ten years of leading parent seminars, he never had such positive feedback from parents!

So, Jeremy recorded the material to make the Heart and Soul Parenting Seminar accessible for everyone anywhere.

How Do I Use It?

  • Host a live parent seminar at your church and play the seminar videos on the screen in the meeting room.
  • Host a virtual parent seminar by playing the videos online.
  • Email the videos to parents and let them watch it on their own schedule

WHAT OTHERS ARE SAYING

KURT JOHNSTON: "Ministry to Parents' easy to use, high-quality resources has helped make our ministry to parents more effective and easier than ever before. I couldn't recommend Ministry to Parents more highly!"

JIM BURNS: "I haven't a found a better or more effective resource to come alongside you to help families in your church succeed."

JIM WIDEMAN: "These helpful resources were created by people who have actually worked in a church, and it fits alongside any curriculum you are using."

IS MINISTRY TO PARENTS RIGHT FOR YOU?

MY MINISTRY IS FOR STUDENTS AND KIDS. WHY SHOULD I CARE ABOUT PARENTS?

Parents are the most significant spiritual influence in the life of their children and teenagers. Because we desire to make a lasting difference in our students, we need to include the parents in our ministry. We don’t stop ministering to students, but rather bring along the parents.

When you invite parents to share the stage in your ministry, you begin to make a long-term impact on the life of the student.

I ALREADY USE FAMILY MINISTRY RESOURCES FROM OTHER PLACES.

That’s great! We love our friends who offer family ministry material. Just like you use multiple resources to teach students, consider investing in a variety of content to reach parents.

You will find our content focuses on FOUR VALUES. We help church leaders: BUILD a parent ministry plan, ENCOURAGE parents, help parents spiritually LEAD, and CARE for the soul. This Roadmap makes us unique.

Also, our system fits alongside any curriculum or other material you use and is a perfect complement to your parent ministry strategy.

I’M NOT A PARENT, SO THE PARENTS IN MY MINISTRY WOULD NEVER LISTEN TO ME.

If we’ve learned anything from our partnership with over 2,000 churches, we’ve realized that parents don’t want an expert. They want an encourager.

You don’t have to be a parent to cheer them on. You are a great resource to a parent, whether you have kids or not.

You spend time around young people, and you are a fantastic asset to a parent who is trying to understand their student. These resources will help maximize the influence with your parents and give you tools to encourage them.

PARENTS DON’T EVEN RESPOND TO MY EMAILS, WHY WOULD THEY WANT THESE RESOURCES?

Yes, parents are crazy busy as organizations flood them with communication about involvement. Schools, sports, clubs, and other activities give them all kinds of information and it’s overwhelming.

Our resources go beyond information and offer parents inspiration and tools they’ll use. Parents may not open emails with dates and upcoming events, but they might open an email addressing their biggest parenting problem.

I AM NOT SURE YOUR RESOURCES LINE UP WITH THE THEOLOGY OF OUR CHURCH.

We stay central to the core truths of Christianity and don't focus on denominational differences. We have thousands of churches from many Christian denominations who use our resources with their parents. Feel free to read our statement of beliefs that's posted on our site.

I ONLY WANT TO PURCHASE PHYSICAL PRODUCTS, NOT DOWNLOADABLE RESOURCES.

We understand why you might be a bit apprehensive about not receiving physical products. But the upside of a downloadable resource is that you get them instantly and can share right away with parents in your ministry. And if you experience any download issues, contact our fantastic support team, and they will be happy to help.

I AM NOT FAMILIAR WITH MINISTRY TO PARENTS.

We are a team of experienced children, youth, and adult ministry leaders who have a heart to equip churches around the world to build an excellent Ministry to Parents. Ministering to parents isn't easy, and we exist to make your job simpler.  You can learn more about us here.

The bundle is only available now through January 31, 2021.
