Our “What Is?” Series is a collective group of parent reviews on technology including pros and cons, how-to-use steps, video tutorials (visualization anyone!?!), and more. Also, we include clear and quick tips to give parents a better understanding of the technology and social media world. Because you know parents want to understand those seemingly random acronyms their kids send their friends…maybe…ok, probably not.

Before the global pandemic, parents struggled to keep up with kids and the ever-changing terrain of technology. But with the addition of quarantines, teenagers and children increased time on their electronic devices. Unquestionably, this circumstance left parents feeling even more overwhelmed and at a loss, so we asked Tony Bianco, from Family Technology Plan, and Dan Istvanik, from MYM Resources, to team up with M2P and help parents with technology and social media.
