Halftime: The Art of the Pivot
July 2021
July is one of our favorite times of the year because it naturally provides a breaking point between the first half of the year and the second. It’s a halftime, so-to-speak, that creates a place to pivot.
We look back and ask ourselves: What did we like professionally? Personally? What did we dislike? What needs to change? Then we look forward and ask: What do we hope will happen? What change can we make that’s within our control?
The pivot can make all the difference in the world and one way to do so is with three simple steps:
- schedule a moment for yourself
- ask the LORD for insight
- look back, look forward, evaluate, & make the necessary changes. We believe it’s a practice worth your time and energy.
Thank you for the privilege of partnering with you in ministry and we hope your people enjoy this month’s content.
